Every Full/New Moon, YANA hosts a Self Love Cacao Ceremony, Sound Bath, and Meditation that is led by YANA Wellness Advisors, Christina Hong and Emma Olmedo. Christina will guide us through a mindfulness practice while drinking ceremonial grade cacao. Emma will lead the Sound Bath with a Gong, reiki charged crystal bowls, chimes, and ocean drum.

Event Includes:

- Cacao Ceremony: Begin the evening with a heart-opening ceremonial cacao ritual, connecting to your inner self and setting intentions aligned with the themes of Imbolc: inspiration, renewal, and personal growth.

- Sound Bath: Relax and rejuvenate with a healing sound bath. The vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sacred instruments will support you in releasing the old and anchoring your intentions.

- Imbolc Intention Ritual: Reflect on the energy of Imbolc and set your intentions through a guided ritual. Together, we will honor this time of new beginnings and plant the seeds for what we wish to nurture and grow in the coming season.

- A journal and pen for intention-setting

- A pillow, blanket, stuffie or any items for comfort

- Your open heart and intention for this sacred gathering
