In this affirming workshop, we’ll reconnect with our inner power and practice seeing ourselves with compassion. Through intentional reflection, mirror journaling, and collective uplift, you’ll feel grounded and aware of your worth. Join us and remind yourself of all you deserve.

Expect meaningful dialogue, creative release, and moments of joy as we color, finger paint, craft, and decompress—giving our inner child the freedom they may have missed.

June 13th: ✨ For the Little One Within: An Inner Child Intention Setting Workshop ✨

In this reflective and restorative space, we’re turning toward the child we once were, and still carry within. Together, we’ll explore how our upbringing shaped our emotional needs, inner voice, and ways of relating to the world. Through discussion, journaling, and play, we’ll honor the past by making intentional choices in the present.
